A download error happens if the following error message appears in Portal when downloading files:
The following files couldn't be downloaded
When this is the case, it is necessary to restart the download.
Only the missing files will be downloaded, simply click the download arrow/button icon once again
If the problem is not solved, delete the file and download it again:
- right-click the preset name
- select "Delete file"
- Click the download icon to download it again
