A preset is corrupted

If an error message appears when trying to load a preset file, it is an indicator that the file is corrupted.  

This usually happens when an error has occurred during the download process.  

To fix the issue, delete the file and download it again:

  • right-click the preset name 
  • select "Delete file" 
  • Click the download icon to download it again
