About the free trial
Before subscribing to Capsule, you can try it out for free for 14 days.
During the free trial, you can use Capsule unlimited and download as much content as you want, exactly like when you have an active subscription.
⚠️ 3 DAYS BEFORE THE END OF THE FREE TRIAL, WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO REMIND YOU THAT THE FREE TRIAL IS ABOUT TO EXPIRE.
AT THE END OF THE TRIAL YOUR ACCOUNT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED WITH THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CANCEL THE TRIAL BEFORE IT EXPIRES IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO REMAIN SUBSCRIBED TO CAPSULE
Starting the free trial
To start the free trial, just click the "Start free trial" button in the banner at the top of the website.
You can also navigate to your user account and select "Start trial" in the subscription section

☝️ Note that you will be required to provide a valid credit card in order to start the free trial
Cancel the free trial
You can cancel the free trial at any time by clicking the "Cancel" button in the billing section of your account
When doing so, the free trial will be immediately stopped and you will no longer have access to the Capsule service.
Your account won't be charged with a subscription purchase

1. Navigate to your account dashboard
2. Scroll down until the subscription box and click the "manage" button to access the customer portal
3. Once in the customer portal, click the "Cancel plan" button
