Adjust the quality setting
In the preferences menu, you can adjust the quality setting of Capsule.
Switch to medium or low to make it easier on your processor.
Have a look at the quality settings page to figure out what it will change
Increase the buffer size in your DAW
Increase the buffer size in the preferences section of your DAW
512 samples might be a good setting to work with, but you may need to increase it to reduce audio dropouts.
Note that if you increase it too much, it will introduce noticeable latency.
Reboot your system
Sometimes, a good old reboot fixes audio issues, worth trying
